All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number, may only be redeemed once, may not be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, is non-transferable and no change is given.

The gift voucher must be presented upon arrival when redeeming the voucher. No photocopies will be accepted. Advance bookings may be necessary. Cancellation of a booking with less than 72 hours before the day of arrival will render the voucher null & void. 

Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via the Prestonfield payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
